I resonate this post so well! This semester I taught a course at a university and went really deep into the aspects of design thinking.
I have been facilitating Design Thinking workshops for a long time now, and I always begin with this disclaimer that real Design Thinking takes time and is a time taking thing and that this 1 day or 2 days workshop can at best introduce the process.
